I have a question about a specific product, who can i ask?

While we are not doctors and none of our products are intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease we have over 35 years collective experience in natural products and we are always happy to answer any questions to the best of our abilities, feel free to head over to our contact us page to get a hold of us via phone or email.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

All rates are automatically calculated during checkout.
Orders below $70 we charge discounted USPS shipping rates and a small handling fee.

Free Shipping is offered on orders $70+ that weigh under 6 pounds. Orders over 6 pounds we charge $2.49 per pound.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

Most orders ship on the same same or the next business day. You should allow up to two (2) business days for order processing. Our warehouse carriers make multiple pickups throughout the day with the latest cutoff time at 6:30 p.m.

Certain types of orders, including orders with frozen and refrigerated products, only ship from Monday til Wednesday. If such orders are placed on Wednesdays, they will go out the following Monday. We reserve the right to delay shipment in the event of extreme weather conditions.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

All Credit/Debit payments are taken though PayPal’s secure payment portal.

 

Where can you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to the 48 contiguous US states plus DC.

 

What are your return policies?

Item Damaged

If you receive a damaged product, we will need to verify the information with the carrier.

If tracking information shows the package is damaged in transit, we will issue a refund for the order.

If tracking shows that the package was successfully delivered, we will need to request proof of damage. In such cases, we request an image of the item in question along with a UPC.

No Longer Needed/Wanted

In case you simply wants to return the item (ex. not happy with it), a restocking fee applies.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Item Not Received

If tracking shows the package was delivered but the recipient disputes it, we will open an investigation and ask that you follow up with the carrier and cooperate in the investigation. Under these circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed.
