While we are not doctors and none of our products are intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease we have over 35 years collective experience in natural products and we are always happy to answer any questions to the best of our abilities, feel free to head over to our contact us page to get a hold of us via phone or email.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

All costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
Orders below $70 we charge flat rate shipping fees that can be viewed here.

Free Shipping is offered on orders $70+ that weigh under 20 pounds. Orders over 20 pounds we charge $1.29 per pound over.

 

How long does it take to process an order?

Most orders ship on the same same or the next business day. You should allow 2 – 3 business days for order processing.

Certain types of orders, including orders with frozen and refrigerated products, only ship from Monday til Wednesday. If such orders are placed on Wednesdays, they will go out the following Monday. We reserve the right to delay shipment in the event of extreme weather conditions.

 

How long does shipping take?

For most packages we ship via UPS. For some larger or bulk orders we ship via Fedex ground.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Credit/Debit payments are taken though PayPal’s secure payment portal, or you can call to pay-by-phone through our in-store credit card machine.

We never store any credit card information.

 

Where can you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to the 48 contiguous US states plus DC.

 

What are your return policies?

Any issues with order must be brought to our attention within 2 weeks of placing order.

Non-Perishable Items.  We do not accept the return of any product order unless our shipper is found to have shipped the incorrect, or an expired item.

Perishable Items.  Food and other perishable items are not returnable and non-refundable unless the item is out of date on the date of arrival or the wrong item was shipped.

Cancelled Orders.  We cannot accept any cancellations once an order has been placed with out shipper.

Redirected Orders.  All redirected orders will incur a $20 redirect fee to cover additional fees levied by FedEx/UPS once in their hands.
